Do you offer free shipping?

All orders over $100 qualify for free shipping within Australia. Orders under $100 are charged a flat rate of $15 for shipping within Australia.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, courier demand, and COVID-19 related delays. Most orders will deliver within 5 business days, however please allow longer during peak periods.

How can I track my delivery?

We'll send you a tracking link to your email once we have shipped your order. You can also track delivery from the Order Status page. A link to this page can be found in the original order confirmation email.

What if I'm not home to accept delivery?

If no one is present for delivery your package will be taken to your nearest Post Office for collection within 14 days. You must collect your parcel within 14 days, otherwise it will be returned to us. Refer to our shipping policy for more information.

Can I change my delivery address?

Sorry, once your order is placed we are unable to change the delivery address.

Can I exchange my product for a different size or colour?

We do not allow exchanges for change of mind, including if you require a different size or colour. Instead, please request a return and place a new order for your desired product. See our refund policy for more information.

Can I change my order after it is placed?
